Maserati unveils the Nerissimo Edition for the 2018 Maserati Quattroporte at the Geneva International Motor Show

If you're a lover of European luxury cars as we are here at Rick Case Maserati, then you've no doubt had your sights set on Switzerland this past month. The Geneva International Motor Show has been the highlight of the automotive industry over the past few weeks, and expectations on the show floor have been high to say the least. Now, given that the Geneva International Motor Show is one of the most popular events for luxury brands looking to unveil their latest designs and innovations, it should come as no surprise that Maserati bore the weight of expectation heading into this year's show. Fortunately, Maserati did not disappoint, unveiling the new Nerissimo Edition for the 2018 Maserati Quattroporte.

The Nerissimo Edition will be a bold new addition to the Maserati design portfolio, and will be available not only the new Maserati Quattroporte, but also on models like the Maserati Ghibli and Maserati Levante.

Now, we feel that the new Nerissimo Edition is best represented by its interpretation on the Maserati Quattroporte, as it embraces a theme of elegance mixed with extreme sportiness.

As you might expect, the Maserati Quattroporte Nerissimo Edition is clad in a rich, deep black exterior paint scheme. However, while this treatment might look monochromatic on any other car, the Maserati Quattroporte Nerissimo Edition combats this with contrasting black chrome trim accents on the front grille frame, Trident badges, side air vents, and trunk. Additionally, a dark finish is applied to the LED headlamps, and you'll have the option of either 20 or 21-inch gloss black alloy wheels to compliment the theme.

Of course, the exterior isn't the only facet of the new 2018 Maserati Quattroporte that's enhanced by its Nerissimo Edition. On the inside, the 2018 Maserati Quattroporte Nerissimo Edition features your choice of either Black Piano or Carbon Fiber interior trim, giving the cabin a motorsport-inspired allure. In addition, it features an array of amenities to make your ownership experiences more enjoyable, including a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines, a power-operated trunk lid, HomeLink integration, and keyless entry for both the front and rear doors. It even offers tinted windows that are sure to prove useful for keeping the glare of the hot Florida sun out of your eyes.

The 2018 Maserati Quattroporte Nerissimo Edition is set to be one of the most exclusive special edition models that the Maserati brand has ever offered, and it will soon be making its way to the States, so make sure to follow our blog for further updates on its release. However, if you simply can't wait to get behind the wheel of some of our newest Maserati models, don't hesitate to visit us at Rick Case Maserati in Davie, FL at your earliest convenience.
