Juan Penton he is the rudest and most obnoxious guy I've ever seen. He treats the customer worse than the garbage cars that he's trying to service. Rick Case should show him the door and hire someone who actually can help customers and not try to bully them. He is always "too busy" because he is trying to insult customers not help them. Rita Case show him the door........ he's not even capable of taking out the trash in your dealership.
I had a great experience with my previous 3 purchases at Hyundai Rick Case, so much so that I always told people that you have one of the best services, but this time I felt like I was ripped off and treated like an idiot. I traded my BMW car in for an Alpha Romeo and now I am supposed to pay for the return of the car and tires. This has never happened to me before in my life of buying/trading car for over 30 years. When I trade a car in, the responsibility goes to the dealer who keeps the car. When I asked the manager about it, he told me it was my responsibility and that they just returned the car. You just lost a client and will not recommend rick case to anybody anymore

The service department is the worst I have ever experienced. No manners and no communication with customers. I purchased a part for my Maserati Gracale since July 26, and promised delivery three (3) weeks later. It's now November 25, and not even a response email, or any communication. They take your money and you are on your own!
This dealership has incompetent people working for them , I canceled the add-ons and the finance department did not send the cancellation. Maserati capital refused to refund my money due to dealership mistake.
STAY AWAY FOR RICK CASE DEALERSHIPS Worst dealer ever I would not recommend dealer they are not transparent they lie to customers.and do not respond toy your calls.They want your business and seem friendly and after they get the business they are not honest people I THOUGHT THAT RICK CASE WAS IN THE BUSINESS OF RETAINING CUSTOMERS NOT LOSING THEM. I BOUGHT 2 VEHICLES AND WAS THE WORST DECISION EVER MADE. LIES AND LIES RICK CASE DEALER IS A JOKE AND THEY ARE NOT HONEST I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I called them regarding my maintenance purchase on my Maserati. Indeed help after i trade my car to them they said " they would refund me the amount purchased $150 per month x 48 months they lied and never retuned my calls. I called Shonna-Kaye Skyers and Evian Flores repeated times and never got a call back with the information. I called over 15 x in a period of 3 months and they are liars AND THEY NOT HONEST PEOPLE. THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND THEY LIE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS Sales Person Evian Flores was not honest and Financial adviser SHANA is worst person ever never returns any calls and is not a honest person. UNTIL THIS DATE 8/18/23THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I HAVE TO TEXT THE SALES REP AND BEG FOR THEM TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION.THEY LIED TO ME AND SAID " THAT I WAS PASSED 3 DAYS FOR MY REFUNS. SORRY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU" THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. LIERS AND MORE LIES THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A COPY OF THE CONTACT UYOU SING AT THE DEALERSHIP THEY SAY THEY WILL EMAIL IOT THEY DO NOT. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO TRANSFER MY PLATES WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Had a service appt and wait time upon arrival was minimal. Kevin noted the issues and said they would provide transportation back to our residence and back to the dealership when the work was completed and that was exceptional. He did call later and stated work required and that the car would be done the following day and that did happen and was great. One item that I had was to reset the service wrench icon to make it disappear but was told that could not be done as the service was not done there and they did not want to be held responsible. I understood that but wish they would have considered a waiver of responsibility on my part to do this. I will address this issue at my next service as I did not want to obtain another oil change after six months. So the service wrench icon will remain for now but always hoped that Maserati would go above and beyond to to service their customers.
They scam you. Any clients that go, go with caution. Review papers before signing since they fraud you. Check the papers!! There were hidden fees I was never told about. Very upset.

I could not be more pleased with Rick Case Maserati above all the other Maserati dealerships I have ever visited! I had the pleasure of working with Karl Dillett II when I was shopping for a new 2019 model and by far, he was the best sales person I have yet to come across. I found Karl to be so kind, patient, attentive to each and every detail, thorough in explaining every new feature, honest, transparent, hard working, and very enthusiastic about the Maserati brand! After I had had some negative experiences at other Maserati dealerships, it was because of Karl that my faith was renewed in Maserati and their staff/team. I wish they could all be like Karl! I can only say that I will be recommending others to Rick Case Maserati and specifically to Karl! He is the best! He deserves more than 5 stars!!
Last week I bought a Maserati at Rick Case Maserati and it was the absolute best experience. I just adored JOSE, he was amazing and if you have a chance to go in and meet him tell him I recommended him. Truly an awesome guy and fun to test drive cars with. We started on the Alfa Romeo side, I just popped in for a test drive, and I ended up trading in my car and leaving with a Maserati. Gave me a trade in offer I couldn't refuse.
