Had a service appt and wait time upon arrival was minimal. Kevin noted the issues and said they would provide transportation back to our residence and back to the dealership when the work was completed and that was exceptional. I bought my car here and the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I love the fact that when you make a service appointment they are very fast and they even send you an email for confirmation.
I got a check engine on my Maserati Ghibli and Enrique Paredes help me. Come to find out it was nothing, he reset the car and it is fine. Enrique is very professional, knowledgeable and very nice person. Personally I don’t like to go to the dealers to get the service because they always make you feel like you have you have this do this in the car, etc. Not on Rick Case Maserati. I’m recommend them. I bought my car a Month ago and I was very happy and satisfied with the service in that dealer. The Manager Miguel A Perez and the employee Luisito Rivera were exceptional with us. From the moment you walk in, you're a part of the family. The staff at Rick Case Maserati is kind and knowledgeable about the brand they sell. The managers are fantastic also and definitely show you that they care where you buy your car (obviously from the Rick Case Group). My experience with this dealer was perfect. There was never any pressure what so ever. They explained the product very well, although this was a new product and some questions they couldn't answer right away. The dealer itself looks brand new so that's always a plus. At the beginning we were frustrated with the car because of the battery but the dealer help us, sent a car to our home, picked up our car , changed the battery for a new one, washed the car and delivered it the same day. They did not charge anything! Now we are happy and they are happy also. Stephanie at the call center is awesome. She is very kind and always try to help.

One of the most responsive, attentive and accommodating car dealerships I have ever seen. I made a call, they invited me in, went to test drive the car, got the deal that I needed within one straight conversation; no bouncing around nor negotiation tactics.
